Adhd/ depression.: If the adhd is causing issues with your life serious enough - it could precipitate a depression.   I guess my concern is - are the symptoms that you think are adhd actually depression?   Probably best to make an appointment with your family doctor.

Causative?: I have never heard that adhd causes a pregnant woman to be depressed. Depression can however be associated with adhd (but doesn't have to be).

No: Depression is listed as a rare side effect of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), (lisdexamfetamine) however most clinicians are more concerned by the association of ADHD with anxiety and depression. 
Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can cause mood problems, many patients report an improved mood when they stop their Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Overall, a screening for depression and anxiety should be a routine part of any thorough ADHD evaluation

Concentration: A whole constellation of symptoms are associated with adhd (suggest that you goggle this). Although medication can improve focus it will not cure the underlying adhd. Poor concentration is a sx of stress &/or depression. When the depression is adequately treated, the concentration problems will likely resolve.

History: The concentration problems of add have been present to some degree throughout one's life. Depression is usually episodic. If it is associated with diminished concentration, that will clear up when the depression does.

Insomnia : Try taking your meds in the am but the only problem of taking Dramamine nightly is tat your body will get used to it and it will stop working. Good Luck

Something like that: When you are depressed you may experience feeling restless, fidgeting, insomnia, or difficulty concentrating. So those symptoms might make you feel like you have adhd, but they could just be the depression. If the onset of those symptoms was concurrent with depression then it's likely just due to depression.

Human experience: Everybody has felt depression at some time and no reasonable person doubts that it can disable someone. By contrast, someone observing the behavior of a kid with adhd might attribute it to poor classroom teaching or poor parenting -- and who knows? My non-specialist take: "why not ask instead whether this person might benefit from a medication trial, and continue if and only if they are helpful?

Your primary care provider can assist you with necessary referrals to ensure that you have a treatment plan in place that addresses all his symptoms and goals. Medications, likely those for adhd, may be a part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

i got diagnosed with adhd and depression and currently on methylphenidate and prozac, i have taken prozac for 5 months and methylphenidate for 2 weeks. and after i have a really low sex drive and i can't maintain an erection? is it caused by it?

: Would think that medication adverse effects are responsible for your sexual changes.  Not unusual, but also hard to say this will improve over time if medication is continued, as you may not adapt.  Best to discuss this with your doctor ASAP, and make decisions about changing medication or doses of current drugs.
