Something like that: When you are depressed you may experience feeling restless, fidgeting, insomnia, or difficulty concentrating. So those symptoms might make you feel like you have adhd, but they could just be the depression. If the onset of those symptoms was concurrent with depression then it's likely just due to depression.

Yes...: A symptoms of depression that mimics adhd is poor concentration. Also having poor energy makes it hard to think and focus again making depression have adhd like symptoms. Poor sleep, guilty thoughts also can affect focus. Please see your health care provider for further assessment.
