Neither: Neither one causes bloating or weight gain. Adenomyosis however (not endo) can make a woman's uterus enlarge so that , like fibroids, the uterus can be seen above the pelvis. Good wishes.

No: No actual weight gain results following myomectomy. Temporaray weight gain due to swelling and water retention is common, and usually resolves in the first few weeks post-op.

The only way you can prevent it is by proper nutrition and exercise.
You have to reduce total calories and eliminate simple sugars like glucose, fructose and sucrose, avoid sodas, and consume fats in moderation.
