No: Acyclovir is an anti-viral medicine.  Bacterial vaginosis is a synergistic infection involving g. Vaginalis and a number of other vaginal bacteria.  Acyclovir has no activity against any bacteria.

Call the child's: pediatrician and have him/her seen. What you are seeing certainly may be a cold sore but there are other causes of lesions in children and I would hesitate to treat anything at that age without being seen.

Acyclovir: Acyclovir is almost entirely free of side effects and is not a likely cause of light headedness. That said, you're taking a very large dose -- sounds like maybe you have herpes zoster (shingles). HZ needs large doses, but herpes simplex (i.e. oral or genital herpes) usually does not. Don't stop treatment until you discuss with the doctor treating you. Good luck.

Bells palsy: The best thing to do for the eye is to keep it lubricated. Bell's palsy makes the eyelid not close to protect the surface of the eye, hence the eye can get very dry and irritated. This can make the vision blurry. Use a thicker lubricating drop at night.

Supportive care: Pain relievers can help w/headache while antiemetics can help w/vomiting. These can be prescribed by doc who diagnosed you w/viral meningitis. Acyclovir will only help if meningitis is due to herpes. Supportive is all that can be done for next several days until symptoms resolve.
