When in doubt: just check pregnancy test in 2 weeks and repeat if negative in 1 week.  And if you are still not bleeding normally and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week. But it is not likely that you are pregnant given the proximity of the date of intercourse, unless of course you had unprotected intercourse  near your last ovulation date.  Your symptoms could also be viral stuff.

Cold water and pain: For some people drinking cold water can cause stomach cramps because the temperature difference constricts the blood vessels in the stomach lining, as soon as the temperature reaches the stomach temperature then pain will go away, try drinking room temperature water.

Gas pains: Check your diet.  Increase your fiber. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and gas ex may help

my daughter took omnacortil 40 on dr's advice just one month back & now she is having an acute stomach pain in just above her navel area. she is 17yr ?

Likely NOT related: Omnacortil is branded steroid called prednisolone, a commonly used medication which has powerful antiinflammatory effect. Typically it used for a short period of time, 3-7 days range. It has a relatively short half-life and thus out of the system quite quickly after last dose. As a result, i would not pin this med as cause of her abd pain. Get her evaluated as soon as feasible. Good luck.

i had continuous stomach pain so took scan before 2 months & its normal. now doc saying u have acute appenditicis.  can it diagnose by physical exam?

Qualified Yes: Many diagnoses are made on clinical exam alone.  Before the advent of ct scanning and high resolution ultrasound (which is suggestive, not conclusive), appendectomies proceeded on physical exam and history alone.  I would listen to your doctor's advice since he/she is the one who actually saw and examined you.

Hard to say: Stomach pain and seizure - the  stomach pain ocudl be abdomenal seizures. You can have  her  discuss with her  neurologist  or gastroenterologist may be a clue. 
There are several possible causes of green urine. Urinary tract infection is the most common, and the urine may appear darkened or cloudy. It may not appear green or may take on a greenish tinge. True green urine is rare and most commonly results from dyes or food colorings or from certain medications. Conditions that result in bleeding into the urinary tract would be unlikely to cause green urine.

Gastoenteritis: This may be IBS (irritable bowel Syndrome) .Would take antacids, if no improvement physical exam needed.

Appendicitis: Is usually treated in us with appendix surgery to remove the infected structure. If her pain and history and exam and laboratory tests also correlate with the ct scan findings, then surgery is indicated.
