Go see a doctor: This could be due to a wide variety of conditions, some of which can be quite severe.  Do not delay on this, since correctable illnesses tend to become less so as time goes by.  Good luck.

yesterday a white liquid came out of my urethra when i passed stool, today also. i feel abit warm and i frequently need to urinate. i need acute help?

Normal: When you bear down for a bm, you will sometimes leak prostate fluid. This is normal and unlikely related to your feeling sick right now.

57 f. acute uti 9 months ago. now consistent uti weekly.  ct scan clear. doesnt feel in bladder, but in urethra. all tests clear, no stones.  feels like permanent damage. urethra spincter feels like doesnt work and someone stabbing me in urethra. ??

Urologist: I trust that a urologist is involved in your care. Are these true UTI's documented by clean catch urine cultures,sensitivity and colony counts? If so, some structural abnormality in your urinary tract predisposes you to recurrent infections. Perhaps you experience recurrent urethritis. Often it follows intercourse and taking an antibiotic just before or after intercourse prevents the urethritis.

Accepted Answer

Good for you: "No acute process" means nothing was seen to suggest an active disease. Presumably any "significant" chronic process would be described in the report.  Sometimes we radiologists shy away from just using the term "normal"  so we don't have to explain it if we end up in court.

every so often i will get horrid pains take make me hold my breath and make me sit down. and these sharp, acute pains come from my hip and pelvis area?

Doctor can evaluate: A person with "horrid pains" needs to be examined by her doctor. There are many things in the hip or pelvis area. There may be a bone or joint problem in the hip... and it may be something serious if the pain is "horrid". Inside the pelvis are organs such as the ovaries, the bladder, the rectum, etc...  One can describe the symptoms by writing them down on a calendar, to show her doctor.

known endo/pcos/cysts...sudden onset of excruciating pelvic pain, whole pelvis feels cramped/being crushed, moving makes it worse, no temp etc?

If severe pain: persists, you should see your doctor or urgent care center.  Ovarian cysts, pelvic infection, endometriosis, are possibilities.

gas pain started a month ago. very acute/ intense. now improved but still excess. stinging in lower pelvis/ one ovary now several weeks. no bloat/normal bowel/normal urination. period normal (maybe a bit light). can ovarian cancer present this way?

: Extremely unlikely till very late in the condition. I highly  doubt if it is that. Pl get checked

whipple 8/15. severe upper left abd pain, recurrent fever (103), & acute pancreatitis in past 3 weeks. ct says multiple non dilated small bowel loops in abd & pelvis - says gastroenteritis. other possibilities? drs gave no answer for recurrent fever.

Fever: The intestinal loop pattern is nonspecific, in my opinion. I would be concerned about an intraabdominal abscess formation. I recommend that an abdominal surgeon be conducting your care with close collaboration of a gastroenterologist and a radiologist who can suggest other imaging studies likely to shed light on your case. An exploratory operation may be required,however if antibiotics don't help.

ct scan of stomach says 1. no definite acute abnormality of the abdomen or pelvis 2. distended bladder 3. focal hypodensity in the right pelvis adjacent to iliac vessels and upper margin of the bladder may represent small amount of fluid. concerning?

: This has to be crelated to the reasons you had the test. The ordering doc who presumably examined you should be able to interpret it
