: No worries. People have been hit in the head with much larger objects and forces without consequence. An acorn is of no concern.

Either way : The Foley catheter goes into the bladder through the urethra. The uterine manipulator passes into the uterus through the vagina. The order of insertions is not important and likely depends on the surgeon preference. Often the nurse inserts the Foley first and the surgeon inserts the other. Changing the order would not cause problems

Cyst: Usually these are sebaceous cysts or lipomas.  Both are benign.  Could be something else so keep an eye on it and see someone if it is enlarging.

: A stable breast cyst does not require removal. However, it is unlikely that this cyst has anything to do with what you felt when stretching or with the nipple tenderness. Since breast pain is not an ominous symptom you may safely observe this to see if it persists or evolves in some way.

Scar tissue: They are strands of scar tissue running between the walls of the uterus.  They can occur after uterine surgery such as a termination or a d and c after a delivery. They can be a cause of fertility issues.

Often nothing: Uterine leiomyomas (aka fibroids) are the most common pelvic tumor in women. They are often found incidentally and cause no symptoms. We call these fibroids "passengers" because they ride in the uterus and do not need any treatment. Women that have symptoms often complain of heavy menstrual flow, pelvic pain, or increased urinary frequency.

Thin lining: At certain times of your cycle the lining is thin - immediately after your period. Estrogen thickens/ grows the uterine lining. A low amount of estrogen production will result in a thin lining. The most common thing that causes a thin lining in young women is hormonal contraceptives (pills, depo, mirena, (levonorgestrel) NuvaRing ). Here, it is normal and not an indication of any problem.

Endometritis: Is very uncommon without a preceding cause, usually either an infection or inserting (instrumenting) something in the uterus.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Many women experience pain related to the uterus, commonly around 20-22 weeks.  This is often pain on one side or the other, worse with movement.  We attribute this pain to stretching of the round ligaments - attachments of the uterus to the pelvis.  In the absence of bleeding or any significant history, this is probably of low concern.
