can you get acne on your scalp? ive have reoccurring flesh colored bumps on top and back and sides of my scalp they arent red no white heads its like blind pimples but i cant get it to stop ive been stressed so i wonder about acne?

: Acne can indeed occur on the scalp, but other things can produce the bumps you are describing, such as folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicles).  See a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Forget cover-ups: If two weeks on over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide doesn't clear you, get with your physician. You may be a rx for a topical retinoic acid derivative, the oral contraceptive pill (if you're female), topical clindamycin, a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline, or a dermatology referral for possible isotretinoin. All acne is manageable today; it's not a hygiene or lifestyle problem. We can help.

Acne..???: It is difficult to ascertain the gravity of the "pimple" since there is no description of the location on your body and the size of your mole and location thereof...Probably is a benign acne or it could be a more significant clinical sign that is associated with your "mole"...It is always more reassuring to consult with your dermatologist or plastic surgeon that can look at it.

Contact allergy: I suspect the ingrdient in your hair care product/s is causing a chemical allergy or irritation.  Have you recently added a new hair care treatment?  I would start there. The brow spots are consistent with post inflamatory hyperpigmentation,

I've observed this: in patients. Some improve, some have scarring. The best thing to do is not use again to improve your chances. 
For now, keep skin clean and dry, and treat the cysts like you would any other, do not try to break them which will worsen the chances of scarring. 
You may wish to see a dermatologist as well, depending on how badly your skin is damaged.

Benzoyl peroxide: Exfoliating acne is best done with benzoyl peroxide. It's effective and well tolerated for most people. Start with a low strength and increase if needed. With stubborn acne, add a second product with a different active ingredient, such as salicylic acid, alpha-hydroxy acid, or sulfur. All exfoliate well. Don't waste money on expensive stuff, get a house brand from any good pharmacy.

Fibrous papules: A fibrous papule of the nose is a harmless, small, raised pimple-like growth (papule) on the nose or central face that feels firm to the touch and is skin-colored or pink. There is usually a single papule, but you may have multiple papules. There is no need to treat these as they are not connected to any kind of malignancy/underlying condition. Cosmetic removal is at the discretion of the patient

i just used oxy pads containing salicylic acid for my acne on my face and neck and put lotion on top... is this okay?

See below.: Putting too much lotion on top of the areas you are treating with OxyPads will negate some of the drying effect that you are supposed to have with the salicylic acid. I would recommend just using the lotion sparingly on areas that have become dry. If the medicated pads are very drying and aren't helping your acne, please talk to your doctor about an alternative treatment.

i've skin colored mole on face from birth.i noticed that on the top of mole there is a spot of acne.can i use acne balm on that?

You may: Do watch this mole like any other moles. If it increases in size, becomes irregular, changes color, bleeds, develops a nodule or ulcerates, please consult your doctor.
