Treatable: I'm sorry you ended up with acne on your chest that produced scarring. Your disease could have been managed. It's your decision what to do now. A dermatologist can treat you with fillers, dermabrasion, microsurgery or a laser. Especially if the scars are relatively mild, most women will not care or they may think the scars give your chest character. If you still have acne, your doctor can clear it.

i have acne all over body. culture says kleb.oxytoca. been on doxy for 1wk. acne still spreading on chest and neck. is this normal?

Needs to be treated: I doubt that Klebsiella oxytoca is the real culprit; more likely it's a commensal. Your acne needs to be treated aggressively; I see that you are on two antibiotics and you need an additional Rx -- antibiotics must never be sole Rx for acne. Truth be told, I suspect you need isotretinoin. Don't be afraid of the "scare" stuff you'll find online. Your dr will decide what hormonal workup's needed.

is it normal for a 14 year old female to have acne on her chest? i am currently using prescription acne medication and have been for 2 years, it has not cleared up.

Many : Many teens and adults have acne on areas other than the face - most commonly the chest and back.  If after 2 years, your current regimen is not working, you should contact your doctor to discuss other options.  These options include adding an oral antibiotic, increasing the strength of the medication you are currently using, or adding another acne medication.  If your doctor is unable to offer you any other solutions, you may want to see a dermatologist.  Good luck!

25 years old. normal cbc, hep test but alt elevated at 200, a lot of acne of chest and shoulders, changes in nipples becoming oval and feeling unwell. no drugs or alcohol. should i get my hormones check or a liver biopsy?

Baby Pimples: Baby pimples or acne , which can be light colored and on various body parts as you describe, often become a bit darker on certain conditions like exposure to heat/water or agitation/crying. These should gradually fade away in a couple of months. Get these checked by your baby's pediatrician at his next regular check to get reassurance re their benign nature.

Acne: Where acne occurs, on breasts, middle of chest, face, is dependent on skin condition and may not be symmetrical in any area.  So, yes, it may be increased on one breast vs. both the same.

Don't worry!: Having acne-like bumps on both breasts is not breast cancer. A dermatologist might be able to help determine what these are, but don't worry! what you describe is not breast cancer, and it would be very rare to happen in a 21-year-old. Breast cancer starts in one breast, not both. I'm glad you're paying attention, though!

Can be normal...: An early menstrual period may be caused by changes in hormone levels, which can be due to anxiety, stress, overworking, intense exercise, fatigue, or excessive weight gain/loss. If pregnancy happens, a bit of spotting sometimes occurs 9-14 days after conception, and may seem to a woman that she's starting an early period. An ob-gyn doctor can check, if symptoms are worrisome or recurrent.
