New cystic acne: This sounds more like a row of abscesses.  My advice is to see your doctor as you may need an antibiotic.  Lesions on the face require visualization to be correctly diagnosed.

i have had a hysterectomy dec 2013. i have constant "ovary" pain and sore breasts. i also have acne along my jaw line and back. would blood tests help?

Hormone changes: Hormone fluctuations can occur normally with age.  Testing specific female hormones is not very accurate due to normal changes of levels daily. 
Pelvic pain can have many possible causes including ovarian cysts, bowel or bladder infections or issues, muscle or nerve pain, back pathology.  An evaluation and exam by an obgyn is a good place to start for both issues

i'm over 30 and i have acne only on my jaw line what can i do for it and could my husbands whiskers irritate and cause acne?

Hormonal likely: Typically, when i see a woman over 25 with tender, long-lasting deep cysts around the jaw, it is hormonal.  There is a medication called spironolactone that works well as an rx after some blood tests.  The blood tests are usually normal but your skin can bee too sensitive causing the acne.  I also recommend organic foods free from hormones and avoiding foods high in sugar (high glycemic).

Acne: Acne can be treated effectively by a dermatologist.  Both topical and systemic medications are used depending on the severity of your condition.  Acne can leave scarring so it is important to treat it.  It is much more expensive to treat acne scarring for cosmetic  improvement later than to prevent it from occurring with effective medical therapy.

May be acne: Even though you have never had acne before it sounds like you have it now. A common place to get acne is the lower chin. I would see your general physician or a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and suggest a treatment plan.

Hard to say/depends,: This is hard to determine as to the cause.  It could be the food you eat, like sweets and cakes, or possibly hormones especially in teenage years.  If treatment with any of the simple topical agents that you can get from the pharmacy do not work, a visit to your doctor, or dermatologist would be the best course of action.  Best of luck.

Meds: Many patients do well with over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid preparations. Some patients require topical or oral antibiotics or retinoids as well. If the over the counter meds alone don't control your acne after a month of daily use, see a doctor for additional treatment options. It is important to be persistent, and some patients 'get worse before they get better'.

Possibly: The sore jaw may be due to irritated muscles.  The irritated muscles may cause a decreased cleansing in the area, leading to an acne eruption.

See a dermatologist: You do not list any acne med. Once you begin acne therapy you will improve. There are several different treatments, often used in combinations. It may take a few months to reach your goal and meds may need adjustments along the way. There are different treatments for different people, so you need to be seen.

would increasing the potency of my dose of spironolactone help rid me of chronic jaw line acne? i know the med is an androgen blocker...

Maybe: I trust you are also using a topical agent such as benzoyl peroxide, retinoic acid, or salicylic acid. Spironolactone is an excellent choice for acne in a female patient but it's potent stuff and it would be a mistake to increase the dose without your physician's okay. Topical clindamycin to the affected areas with the other topical agent might also be enough to clear you.
