Hello. : Hello. Obviously if you have to urinate every hour, you won't get quality sleep. You need to be evaluated. Causes of needing to urinate could be an infection or enlargement of your prostate. If you are thirsty, drinking often and urinating often - this can be consistent with diabetes. You need a comprehensive evaluation. I think until the source of symptoms is identified and treated, this is likely to become a vicious cycle.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. 
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

: No, this won't show up. But it probably wouldn't affect your insurance if they learn you are taking such a drug.

Only if: Dehydration sets in from vomiting or GI bleeding.If significant will lead pre renal injury.

Reflux: Burning in the upper abdomen and chest as well as throat pain can be related to reflux. Not sure how the urine fits in though.

May not be reflux: Symptoms which are often blamed on reflux may be due to other problems.  1% of the population is resistant to ppi type medications which could explain Omeprazole resistance.  Omeprazole at standard doses often just isn't enough medication.  A large hiatal hernia or severe obesity can lead to  refractory disease too.  You should see your doctor as refractory reflux warrants endoscopic evaluation.

Several thoughts: Burning sensation in the middle of the chest is often due to
esophagitis(inflammation of the esophagus) from acid reflux in a 25 year old patient. Not unusual to experience
esophagitis even though you don't notice reflux.

Inflammation where a rib attaches to breast bone is called costochondritis. There will usually be tenderness to right or left o;f the breastbone.

Severe: GERD usually requires a proton pump inhibitor with or without antiacids and standard GERD Precautions like avoiding smoking, eating lately, avoiding certain foods etc
