: I would advise against it. Research published in the Summer 2008 issue of the "Canadian Journal of Clinical Pharmacology" showed that three different types of human cells taken from both adults and children became less viable when they were exposed to reishi extracts.

Okay: It will not do any harm. It will pass in stool in a day or two.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Hard to say: I would be more concerned about the child chocking on the seeds (or as we in the USA call them, pits)  or in a very young child swallowing the pits it may cause an obstruction in the intestinal tract. Keep watch for abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or unusual signs with this child. If any of these things become apparent take him/her to the hospital.

Bleeding or nothing: If you were a virgin, and had an intact hymen, then the first penetration should "pop" the cherry. Some lack a hymen or accidentally opened it earlier in life in other activities. The classic sign is bleeding onto the sheets. But in many cases there is nothing you can feel and nothing external.

Typically females have a membrane at the introitus (entrance) of the vagina that incompletely covers the opening (though rarely it is imperforate). Not really: "popping the cherry" refers to the first intercourse with a virgin woman.  This involves breaking through the membrane inside the vaginal entrance - the hymen which sometimes bleeds (the cherry).  It is possible to partially break this, so a second time on intercourse might tear the rest and cause a little more bleeding.  This would not be a second loss of virginity however.
