Not really: "popping the cherry" refers to the first intercourse with a virgin woman. This involves breaking through the membrane inside the vaginal entrance - the hymen which sometimes bleeds (the cherry). It is possible to partially break this, so a second time on intercourse might tear the rest and cause a little more bleeding. This would not be a second loss of virginity however.
