Nothing: Plastic fork pieces are non-toxic and do not have significantly sharp outside edges even if broken.  Your intestines are used to reacting to sharp objects by retracting and so penetration is extremely unlikely.  Swallowing pieces of plastic cutlery is probably very common and I have seen no reports about this in the medical literature.  So don't worry about it.

Nothing. : Dont do anything. If symptoms such as bleeding or alarming symptoms develop go to the er.

: Most likely the object will not cause symptoms and will enter the GI tract. If you experience any symptoms including cough in the next several weeks. please see a physician. Watch for GI upset and cough, wheezing and shortness of breath.

: No cause for concern, It will pass through the intestine and be discharged with your stools.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Vicks: A small amount is a relative term, but I'll assume it was an accidental minimal amount. Vicks is relatively benign, drink some water and be careful next time. You'll be ok. And you have fresh breath

Toothpicks: Swallowing a toothpick can become serious. The smaller the piece, the less likely you are to have a problem. There is always a chance of a perforation however, in the stomach or colon. Your primary care doctor can help monitor for dangerous symptoms in this situation.
