See a dentist: Sounds like you have a sever infection and you figured out a way to drain the abscess. Now you need to see a dentist to figure out the source of infection in your mouth. You also need to take antibiotics. So do not delay and see a dentist immediately.

See the dentist: You should go back to the dentist that prescribed the antibiotics.  Antibiotics typically take at least 24 hours before you will notice a difference.  So if it has been longer than this call the dentist.  The antibiotic  may not be effective in your particular infection.
You may need to have a procedure done that will clean out the infected area, remove the toxins, and get some drainage.

Depends: A torus (as in the center of the picture) is a bone extension on the roof of the mouth which may increase in size over time.  Also, if large enough, you may scratch it with hard, crunchy foods or burn it from hot foods.   See your dentist so they may actually see why you are referring to and determine if any treatment is even necessary.

Viral or PIZZA: Many blister lesions are of viral origin, your md can help you with that. Believe it or not, I have seen many, many roof of the mouth blisters from pizza burn, hot cheese adheres to the tissue and burns it, hence a blister. It may sound strange, but I have seen it more times than i can remember.

Possibly, but it: Needs to be evaluated by your dentist. You may need a root canal, you may need an extraction, there may be different options.
