Perianal abscess: It is not uncommon that by plucking a hair in the perianal area that an abscess can develop.  The area is constantly contaminated and at risk for infection.  Should that happen, warm sitz baths 2-3x/day help bring vascular supply to the area needed for healing.  If the site doesn't resolve, then antibiotics may be needed.  Rare for surgical intervention.

Red marks: To paraphrase, anyone who tells you they can rid you of acne overnight is selling something.   Acne is a problem of months and years.  There is no quick fix.  There are good treatments to be had at every drugstore starting with benzoyl peroxide creams and mild cleansers.   Irritated skin will need makeup: coverup/touchup cream if a perfect complexion is needed instantly.

Avoid dairy: This us bit guaranteed to work, but some people develop acne in response to milk and cheese. Try stopping it for a month to see if your acne improves.

No: These are deeply pigmented areas. If it is single, there may be no concerns other than cosmetic. However, if there are 5 or more that are 1/2 inch or larger, it may indicate neurofibromatosis.

In addition, going to the emergency room just wastes previous tax dollars.
Please go see your dentist, or go to the many free clinics, or hospitals residencies out there.

I : I am answering this three days after you posed this question and ten days after your problem began. A skin abscess usually starts as a red, painful area under the skin. It will gradually become harder and more consolidated. You may not be able to see a pocket of pus in the center. If  your have an abcess there is a good possiblity that you need to see a doctor to have an incision and drainage procedure done.  If you have something that is more like a pimple, that is likely to go away on it's own. I can not tell what you have by the description.
