Accepted Answer

134: Some labs consider that the lower level of normal.  It could be just something that is transient.  Ask your doctor that did the blood tests and they know you better.

Viral infections: can skew CBC results. I suggest a repeat CBC and reevaluation of lymph node enlargement.

Mostly no.: If by worms you mean, intestinal worms, these usually do not cause blood work problems; some worms may cause increase in eosinophil type of blood cells, and others may be associated with increased ige levels. Other changes depend on the type of worm, and worm-load and may result in anemia, blood in stools, malabsorption etc.

Lymphoma does not sh: Leukemia will show up in the blood(get a CBC done). Lymphoma typically does not show up in blood but can produce anemia or low platelet count, but the main feature of lymphoma is enlargement of the lymph nodes in one or more sites in the body. A biopsy of the lymph nodes is required for diagnosis of lymphoma whereas a bone marrow examination may be helpful for making a diagnosis of leukemia.

Yes: In fact, this is usual for the slower lymphomas.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Neck edema: Has this condition been witnessed and confirmed by physical exam by any physician? We know nothing about how old you are or if you have any medical conditions or diagnosis; therefore, no relevant response can be offered. If your doctor has not detected anything abnormality on exam or radiology, there may not be any organic pathology.
