Confusing question: There are thousands of genetic issues and each has it's own explanation. For some they represent spontaneous new mutations in genes, for some a random chromosome defect. Some represent the result of two parents that carry the silent but abnormal gene in an asymptomatic state and by passing an abnormal gene from both parents, have a kid that is symptomatic.More specific questions can get more info.

Most unknown: Gene mutations are detectible  in 30 to 40 % of people with ARVC.  The majority are not.  You need to be followed by a cardiologist familiar with the condition, and a clinical geneticist who can check to see when new causes are found.  You need serial cardiac ultrasonography and ECGs to check for deterioating right ventricular function.   t

Irregular HR.: Was this the first time this happened?  Irregular heart beats can occur in those who have no cardiac risk factors, and it may be more of a valid issue if it happened at rest.  If it continues to happen, you may need an event recorder (ask your doctor) to try to catch the exact rhythm disturbance.

Y : Different head shapes can occur from premature fusion of skull sutures. Sometimes flattening of one side of head is caused by this phenomenon. If multiple sutures fuse then damage to brain can occur not allowing normal brain growth.Surgery  would be necessary. Sometimes surgery is done for cosmetic reasons. See picture enclosed.

If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

No known genetic causes of liver disease as  being passed from generation to generation . Some disease can be  due  unknown causes such as biliary sclerosis , biliary atresia  ,  hemangioma of the liver, focal modular sclerosis, autoimmune hepatitis, etc.
