Did you have contrast administered?  Did the radiology report recommend any further tests?

Nothing w/o symptoms: What was the reason the MRI was obtained in the 1st place? Without knowing the symptoms, the MRI results are meaningless. This "heterogeneous marrow signal" could be an incidental finding. Basically, it is reporting some "fuzziness" or mixing of shades of gray in the T6 &amp; T8 vertebra. It could be a technical error in the way the MRI was obtained. It could be a harmless web of blood vessels. TTYD.

is this biopsy inconclusive? unusual marrow signal in the sacrum. biopsy has shown a osteitis. non-bacterial would be the preferred diagnosis of the most likely diagnosis.as she has uveitis, then i suspect she has some sort of hematological condition?

: It might be autoimmune as well. Make sure you keep the follow appointment with hematologist in order to understand what the next steps will be, spondyloarthropaties are commonly associating uveitis, a rheumatologist’s opinion will be needed if that’s the case.

It has been mentioned by some clinicians that low marrow signal may not be inconsequential.
