Possibly: Though unlikely.  Generally, a spinal MRI is focused on the spinal structures.  However, it is possible.  A bigger question would be why you think you have colon cancer.

Prob not: A lumbar MRI may not have the field of view to show the abdomen clearly. It is possible, but the radiologist needs to be looking for it, especially if it is subtle, as diverticuli usually are.

NO: If MRI is done for spine focus will be on spine  , speak to your doctor , if you think you have ovarian cyst problem , must be  seen by gyn doctor and tests are to be done appropriately for correct diagnosis

Not by imaging alone: There is no definitive way to determine pathological type tumor by neuroimaging alone.

Unknowable: Ask the radiology department for a report.
Diverticula are small outpouchings on the colon and can be multiple.
There are some other less common bowel diverticula.
None of these are big white viscera.

i got my lumbar spine mri which says, l4-5, disk bulge is noted impinging on the anterior thecal sac near the exiting nerve roots.  there is mild face?

Mild Facet joint : I think you meant to type (Facet Joint ) not Face. Lumbar MRI evaluate the facet joints and can show degenerative changes ( fluid in joint, or hyper trophy which is enlargement ) and these changes can narrow the spinal canal and / or neural foramen narrowing ( where nerve exit the spine.

No worries: If you do not have radiating leg pain, the disc herniation may shrink over time and resorb.  If you have radiating leg pain you should see a spine surgeon for direction on your activity and treatment plan. Being thorough: Dytonia is usually due to dysfunction of the basal ganglia of the brain.  Rare cases can be associated with focal pathology in the spinal cord.  Often MRI will show some strange finding that is not clinically relevant.  However, it will rule out a serious malformation or defect.

have had movement &gi problems for 1 yr recent lumbar spine mri came back with what looks like viscera being strangled btw psoas muscle & vertebrae?

See your doctor: The psoas is attached to the vertebrae (bones of the low back), so it is hard to imagine viscera (internal organs) getting trapped between this muscle and the spinal bones. Call or see your doctor for a better explanation of the lumbar spine mri. If the ordering doctor does not read mris, she or he may need to talk to the radiologist.
