i have a bony growth on the heel of my left foot; what do i do? it isn't painful.

Haglund's Deformity: I am not clearly sure what yo mean by bony growth. If its on the back of your heel, it is a bone spur, if it is on the outside of the heel bone, then it could be haglund's which is know as "pump bump". Need to see a podiatrist for evaluation and treatment. X-rays will determine what the problem is.

i have a bony knot that has appeared over the past year on the 2nd joint of my 2nd toe, left foot. not painful at all but seems to be growing slowly?

See a foot doc: Have an xray and hear out your treatment options. It sounds like a possible exostosis, node, or hammertoe.

Tingling: tingling sensations are typically off neurologic origin, likely best evaluated by a neurologist to determine the level of origin of symptoms i.e. brain versus spinal versus local foot pathology.

if abis, pressures & waveforms at ankles are normal but tbi & pressure in left foot is abnormal (.46) & waveform is flat, & left foot is colder, bluer & hurts, is it possible to have dvt in left leg?

Artery: You are describing arterial blockage,  not a dvt.

is ankle clonus in a almost 4 yr old abnormal? can only be elicited when asleep. about 15 beats left foot, 0-4 right foot, and wrists. not always able to elicit. also has tremor like movements of whole body on and off during sleep and when waking up?

: The clonus should be further evaluated. Multiple areas may indicate a Neurologic condition. Blood sugar and metallic testing can provide additional information. A few beats controlled by touch is usually not abnormal. A few shudders during sleep is common, but a video of the movement would help to determine the next step in his management. Were there any injuries, problems at Birth.

my bone scan says there is  mild generalized increased uptake in left ankle and mid foot and in 1st met. phalangeal areas. what does this mean?

Many possibilities: Bone scans show increased bone production activity.  Possible causes could be fracture, infection, charcot, and bone tumor.
