i think i have phimosis. im able to retract foreskin completely when the penis is flaccid, but the problem occurs during erection. during erection im able to retract only 1/4th of my foreskin over glans. what should i do? i dont want cicumcision.

Consult a urologist: There are things they can do to treat this without doing a complete traditional circumcision. You need to consult a urologist to find out your options.

? Due to frenulum: Frenulum is small web between urinary opening ; underside of foreskin. This will not respond to stretching ; may need to be divided. Very minor office procedure under local anesthesia. However, application of prescription strength steroid cream, such as 0.1% Betamethasone to tight area, twice daily for a few weeks, whilst trying to stretch would likely help.

It happens: The condition is called phimosis. Please do not try to force it because it could then form a tight noose around the glans and cut its blood supply. If this bothers you consult with a surgeon or urologist. There are procedures they can do that safely eliminate the problem.

im able to retract my foreskin when im not erect but when i am i cant. this is because under my foreskin is extremely swollen. it doesnt itch, nor is it painful but i need it gone. its been like this for most of my life. how do i fix this?

Surgical procedure: You could have a tight frenulum (portion of foreskin that connects to undersurface of the penis near the head). You also have a frenulum in your mouth under your tongue. You can have the frenulum released or undergo a circumcision (removal of the foreskin that covers the head of the penis).

: Do not force your foreskin back. Even if it is doable with a flaccid penis, it could cause complications with an erect one. It is imperative that you see a doctor to ascertain if it needs to be corrected.

: Please consult your doc or see a urologist for a consultation. If the foreskin forms a tight band behind the head, it can reduce the blood supply to that area and damage it. A urologist can likely do a minor procedure to release the band effect and help avoid problems in the future.

when i try to wear a condom, i'm able to retract my penis foreskin back however when i put the condom on the head and starts unrolling, i'm ejaculating immediately. this is the third time i tried but same thing. please advise?

: Use a pre-lubricated condom an unroll it partially (about a third )and slide it on the penis and unroll the rest from the shaft. This way uou will not touch the glans which is probably triggering your ejaculation. Good luck

Consider a circ: If you have pain or discomfort from the foreskin with erections, you could try to soften the skin with a course of steroid cream or have a circumcision to remove it entirely.  I would not retract foreskin entirely as it might predispose you to paraphimosis if you have difficulty reducing it back over the glans.

That is normal...: What described about your foreskin could be just normal &amp; unique for you. A direct look at by experienced eyes like urologists', will surely answer your question. Nevertheless, without a look at, it may represent a long yet marginally tight opening of the foreskin. In life reality, it would be best to leave it alone with no bother as long as being comfortable despite the look as described.

Consult urologist: Need ti retract foreskin for penile hygeine. Treatment is either prescription strength steroid cream applied twice daily to tight area of foreskin twice dauily for 4 - 12 weeks or surgery. Circumcision will kake care of problem once ; for all, or else penoplasty by dividing narrow constricting area ; closing by z-plasty or closing vertical incision horizontally. Good luck.
