Constipation?: You may be just constipated but there can be other conditions causing your symptoms.You need to drink more fluids and can use a stool softener and have more fiber in your diet.If that does not help you may try a laxative and also make an appointment with your doctor and get it checked.You did not mention your age and if you are taking any meds which may be causing  your symptoms. If over50 get col.

Stab to abd pancreas: I would go to uptodate.com and read about this. This will depend on where you live and what type of ambulance and health care system you have as well as what the stab injures on the way to the pancreas.  If the aorta  or vena cava then likely 100%.  So would need many cases with all the detail to be able to gather information about the mortality where you live.  Avoid getting stabbed.

i have a bite on my abdomen that looks like a mosquito bite and it really hurts, its red, swollen and the redness around the bite is about the size of a quarter. is it normal for it to be really painful?

No: A bug bite is usually ok if it looks like a typical small (1/4 to 1 inch wide) mosquito or flea bite.  If there is a lot of swelling, a doctor should check to see if it is just an allergic reaction or is actually infected.  If the bite area has stuff oozing out of it, or if the area is painful, one should see a doctor to examine for infection. Mosquito bites are usually not that painful.

: Actually this could be quite important. Any new or abnormal vaginal bleeding -- even minor spotting -- needs professional attention. This is a common symptom of inflammation of the cervix (cervicitis), which is often due to STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia (but of course only if you're at risk of STDs).
