Multiple symptoms: At your age an autonomic nervous system disease is highly unlikely unless you have had some type of trauma or prior nervous system disease.  All these symptoms could be simply dehydration.  Try drinking 4 glasses (8 oz each) of watch and wait a few minutes and see how you feel.  Your urine should be clear and not yellow. Nerve pain: Gabapentin alleviates nerve pain. It does not heal the nerve nor help recovery. It gets rid of tingling, buzzing, prickling, shooting, and burning pain but does not get rid of numbness. Metanx can help with nerve recovery. They can be taken together.  You likely suffer from toxic neuropathy due to chemo-- most patients have numbness longterm; there is no cure. So sorry-- i pray it isn't painful.
