Go to ER: Not sure that the neck and shoulder pain are related to  the abdominal pain, but  "horrid right lower abdominal pain"has me concerned. Suggest you go to the emergency room  for evaluation.

They're the same: The left shoulder pain is "referred pain" from the abdomen. The nerve supply to part of the shoulder originates from the same location as the nerve supply to some abdominal structures. Could be stomach, pancreas, gallbladder etc. (NOT kidneys.) Get it checked out. It may be something that's not serious now but could get serious later.

can your gallbladder cause you to have pain in the rt side of your back near your shoulder blade and severe indigestion but no abdomen pain?

Yes it can, not all-: -gall bladder disease does not follow the rules. So Ur symptoms can very well B referred pain from it. Also it is related 2 fatty foods. C Ur internist 4 eval. A physical xam as well as tests R needed 2 confirm the gall bladder as the culprit.

Any chest pain: Associated with dizziness is cardiac until proven otherwise. Get to an emergency room or your physician immediately.

is it normal to still have upper abdominal pain under my ribcage area 10 days after a bilateral salpingectomy? pain is made worse when taking deep breaths and lying down?

: It if probably the remnants of the gas used intra abdominally during surgery and it sh gradually disappear. Good Luck

Epigastric pain: Many possibilities for your pain. You need a health care provider to do careful history and physical exam and lab tests. In-person 
evaluation preferred over telemedicine for this complaint, unfortunately.

See your doctor : Lots of possibilities.  Gastritis / pud, biliary dyskinesia, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, ibd; just to name a few.

3 months pp having belly button pain area is red, i flamed, oozing, and has a foul smell. i am also experiencing abdominal pain and i had diarrhea 06/30/2022 but none today 07/01/2022 just cramps and what feels like a stomach ache sort of?

: What you described is consistent with infection of the belly button. Wash the area with soap and water, dry it and apply triple antibiotic cream, a couple of times a day. If that does not resolve the issue or makes it better in 2-3 days, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
