Food poisoning: It could have been food poisoning. The symptoms are compatible staphylococcal toxin. However that is only one of many possibilities. Staphylococcal toxic poisoning is usually over in 24 hours. If the symptoms persist more than a day, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

2.Musculoskeletal--rib pain
3. Lung problem--infection , clot etc

should see an md to be examined and take more extensive history.

I do not know: Tough to say without an exam.  It could be a stomach virus, ulcer, muscle strain, constipation, referred pain from gall stones or gall bladder disease, etc, etc., so best to get evaluated if it continues.  Good luck.

Make sure not mono: On occasion an enlarged spleen may be associated with left upper abdominal pain and be due to infectious mononucleosis. See your doctor for an examination to exclude this possibility as well as other causes such as an ulcer.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Indigestion : Too much of anything is never good.
Stay on clear liquids for half a day or so, and your symptoms should resolve
