what could be the reason?  do i need immediate attention?

Yes.: Usually, acute infection involving more than 3 body systems turns out to be viral..  Also MOST of the symptoms you describe are very non-specific in nature,  However, your symptoms sound quite severe, so you do need medical attention.  Altho I don't know how you know about it,  I am particularly concerned about the protein in your urine.

A lot of stuff: Can do this. For example, atypical appendicitis or food poisoning or crohn's disease or other stuff. Best to have it checked by a doc to avoid trouble.

See gastroenterology: Even though your gall badder was removed, it is possible to develop and try to pass more stones.  A GI doctor can use a scope to get small stones out. If your fever gets above 101 or you can't keep anything down, go to the er. It is a little too long after the surgery to develop complications but strange things can happen.

Hard to guess: The symptoms you describe are too general to guess a cause here. Viral connditions, flu, gastritis, stomach ulcers, gallbladder, kidney issues... Too many possibilities. Would need to see a doctor for a complete medical history and physical examination.

Need evaluation: There are many possible causes of these symptoms, including small intestine bacterial overgrowth, intestinal candidiasis, pancreatitis, gastritis, gallstones, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or even systemic infections such as lyme disease and/or babesiosis.  I advise seeing a doctor, perhaps a gastroenterologist, or a good internist or family doctor (preferably with a holistic approach). Good luck!

Diarrhea: The differential diagnosis for abdominal pain and diarrhea is extensive. Including infection, malabsorption, inflammatory bowel disease, .Allergy or food  intolerance. , and endocrine disorder. You really need to discuss with your physician. A weeks duration is not horribly worrisome but all disease states have a beginning . The sooner the work up begins the sooner the diagnosis and appropriate tx.

Severe upper abd pai: There are a number of things that can be causing this.  Without knowing your past medical history and surgical history and keeping able to examine you myself, I highly recommend you see your doctor ASAP to be sure you don't have an expanding aortic aneurysm.

Post op gallbladder: Diarrhea is an extremely rare side effect of gallbladder surgery.  This is due to inadequate amount of bile to digest food.  Medical supplementation of bile salts is always the answer but you need to see you doctor and rule out any other source of you pain such as a surgical complication.
