Options: There are multiple options for painful periods. Hormonal treatments such as birth control pills, Progesterone treatments and the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud are effective treatments that will help many people. There is also a drug called Lysteda that contains no hormones which will help others.

Post surgery: I would follow up with your primary care physician you might have picked up an intestinal infection or something else that was a Post op  Intestinal issure surgery is stressful to the body and can be a prolonged process you can continuing to have symptoms you should follow up with your doctor

is this new event ? Have you not had  pain during periods?
When were you checked by a gynecologist?
If you don't have one , a  family doctor?
You can seek help at planned parenthood if you don't have a doctor.

Difficult to remove : When treating endometriosis, while a substantial amount of the tissue can be removed, it is not possible to remove all of the ectopic tissue. That being said, this may not be the only cause for your pain. Fibroids are another common source of menstrual discomfort. However i would assume that this has been evaluated.

Normal: These sound like typical pre and menstrual symptoms.  Such pain and pressure can be annoying and debilitating.  If they persist and worsen bring this question up with your gyn.  Hang in there!

Dysmennorhea: Painful menstruating is not uncommon and occurs in many woman.  I would take your Dr. to a Gynecologist who specializes in pediatric patients so she can get a full evaluation.  There are also some good medication that can be prescribed for her to relieve the pains.  Best wishes.

Helping with period: pain: try ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin), starting 1-2 days before your period every 6-8 hours. Making your period lighter is not as easy. Both issues may be helped with hormonal treatment, i.e. birth control pill. Please see you primary care doctor or your gynecologist to discuss this further.

i have a problem of feeling bad back and abdominal pain during my manustration period what can i do? when i measure 1-10 it's about 9 or 10.

Vitamins/supplements: Take vitamin B6 (50 mg), magnesium (400mg) and vitex (400 mg) one of each daily. It may take a few months but if you take these supplements daily it should decrease the pain and cramping of your periods. Also make sure you take a mulitvitamin and drink 60-80 oz of water daily

i'm 26, healthy and within a healthy bmi, but i have bad water retention in legs and suffer abdominal pain during+after my period. should i see a doc?

Yes,: The pain could represent endometriosis,  a benign condition that leads to progressively worsening pelvic pain.
