Exam advised: I recommend having a physician or surgeon examine your abdomen and check for incisional hernia or other muscular abnormality. I don't think that intraabdominal adhesions would cause your type of symptoms.

You may try to take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink plenty of water, Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. You may also increase your intake of fiber foods, and water. See MD: Please seek medical attention.  Right lower abdominal pain can be due to appendicitis, which needs attention now.  An ovarian cyst can give symptoms, but not as severe as you are describing.  Please seek evaluation, and if you have fever in particular, go to emergency right away.

Pregnancy sysmptoms: If negative preg. Test most likely you are not pregnant. Do a blood preg. Test if still have doubts. Check your thyroid or gastrointestinal tract to find causes of your symptoms. Define pregnancy symptoms as well.

Many possibilities: abdominal wall, colon, small bowel, ovary, etc. colon: constipation/distention. small bowel: distention, ? a kink, ovary: follicle which has not yet ruptured to shed egg. All these likely temporary, likely to resolve, but difficult to know even in person &amp; impossible to judge from a long distance via text. Study abdominal anatomy on the internet, self-exam, learn, consider medical help.
