need follow up in yearly echo.

No : It is unusual if you don't have risk factors.  Asymptomatic screening for atherosclerosis or CAD starts for women at age 55 if they have one risk factor with coronary calcium screening.

Support/encourage: Aortic sclerosis is quite common as people get older, 25-30% in those>65 yrs of age. It is the calcification and thickening of the aortic valves without flow obstruction, but it a marker for athersclerosis/heart disease. Encourage him to take good control blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes etc--take meds!. And don't smoke. Regular exercise, keep ideal body wt. Consult doc regularly. Good luck.

Of course not: "Sclerosis" is a general term that refers to pathological hardening of tissue due especially to calcification or overgrowth of fibrous tissue. In the CNS, where there is no fibrous tissue, it refers to an analogous process of tissue degeneration. Multiple sclerosis by definition occurs only in the CNS, not in joints. This sort of information is readily obtainable from a quick web search.

Yes: The function of the liver can be initially assessed by simple blood tests called "liver function tests".  They look at the enzymes in the liver.  Many medications used to treat ms can affect the liver.  If the liver function tests are abnormal, you doctor may do a panel for liver infection (hepatitis) and imaging studies of your liver.
