Better high than low: Neither is good but too low can lead to shock and coma. Your physician and endocrinologist need to regulate you to keep you at correct level.

Dawn phenomenon: Is a bit tricky.  It is not just a glucose and Insulin issue, but other hormones may be involved, including cortisol, growth hormone, glucagon.  Are you waking up at dawn and measuring your sugars?  Or are you symptomatic.

Morning sugar: Your morning sugar can rise due to stress hormone cortisol, which could be activated by activity in dreams. Also Progesterone can cause a slight increase in sugar. Your a1c implies you are not diabetic or even prediabetic.

Low carb: Lower your carbohydrates intake and exercise.Carbohydrates are hidden in lots of things-drinks,bread,corn,pasta,potatoes,etc.If Hga1c high take your meds and NO soft drinks.Plenty of water

Nothing: It's good. Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy people fall outside on either end. The HgbA1c is a bit different, with the high end being a decision level for diabetes care. Low is not a problem.

Consult doctor: Your A1c is at a good level and more rigorous control may not bring more benefit. It is not a good idea to be managing your medication yourself. Please consult your doctor who has more information about your health.

Nothing bad: actually the low level does not mean much higher level could indicate that you average blood suger could be higher than normal and it depend how high it is
lower level could indicate normal or slightly lower blood sugar and most of the time it is normal
the test is design to check average blood sugar for the last 1-2 weeks and the sensitivity and the accuracy of the test is higher in high BS

Sugar spikes: Blood sugar can definitely rise in diabetics during vigorous exercise as a result of stress hormones released. If you keep your HgbA1c between 6.5 and7, your diabetes is in good control and I wouldn't worry about your transient spikes in blood sugar during exercise. In addition , your fasting and postprandial blood sugars are fine. I feel your diabetes is diet controlled with no need for medicatio

Normal: The FBG is a bit high. What are the pre-meal levels?  After an initial rise in blood glucose with a meal, insulin is secreted from the pancreas, which drops the BG level at about an hour.  So your findings are likely normal. As long as you are not exhibiting classic signs of hypoglycemia at these times (shakiness, palpitations, weakness, blurred vision, inappropriate behavior), then keep it up.
