i think it's called the soft pallet. the skin flaps that attach to the tongue, when you stick your tongue out it moves too. can you strain that when you cough? i was eating and started coughing and now i have a small bump in this area?

: If you are referring to the underside of the tongue, the frenulum can get injured from rubbing against the teeth. Give it time, it will heal on its own.

i had my snake eyes tongue piercing for a while now but i have suddenly developed a hard white small skin like bump on one end of my piercing. i called my piercer and they said to just use a saltwater solution but it has been 3 weeks now?

: It is a good idea to see a doctor. Cancer is unlikely.
You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure to sun, maintain healthy weight, get HPV vaccine, exercise 30 minutes each day, drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. Stop the cream.: First of all, betaderm (which contains betamethasone) is a strong steroid cream that should not be used on the face. Stop using it. Your pimply rash could be due to the cream itself. If it was there before you started applying betaderm, the most common causes are adult acne and rosacea, both easily treatable by a dermatologist, once he or she makes a precise diagnosis.

Seborrhea or impetig: Crusty bumps could be impetigo (bacterial infection) or could be seborrheic dermatitis (cradle cap).  You may want your doctor to take a peek at it to best guide your treatment. One may require topical or oral antibiotics one doesn't.

so about 7 years ago i hit the back of my head hard  with something i cant remember and i notice a hard like bone bump on the back of my head,i went to a health center and they say it fine and call back if it grow,should i be worried?

Skull bump: Some, usually younger, people do have a bony bump in the back of the skull which is called an exostosis which is harmless. This should not change in size. If you still have concerns see your own physician for guidance .
