had a chest scan done to see why my left rib cage was swollen and doc said it looked fine why would my ribs be swollen then?

Hard to say: Any component of the chest wall could give the appearance or feeling of asymmetric prominence.  It wouldn't hurt to review the images with special attention to the area of interest. Sometimes, asymmetric musculature can often be mistaken for a mass or swelling.

hi i got hit repeatedly in the side of my chest next to my right peck , it bruised up and was swollen now it's a hard lump is it my rib poking out ?

If this was piece of: Rib protruding, you would be in great pain. If so, please have this evaluated medically (to include x-ray).

Costochondritis....: Costochondritis is caused by inflammation of the cartilage of the chest wall. Anti-inflammatory meds, like ibuprofen, are given to relieve the pain of the inflammation. Physical therapy modalities can also be helpful so have your doctor send you to physical therapy for evaluation and treatment.

i've been to a doctor about the pain and he said my bones ribs are swollen and i am having chest pain he gave me a arcoxia should i go to er? painful

California?: Your profile says California, but Arcoxia is not available in the USA because of safety concerns. The drug is used in other countries for arthritis and that's clearly what your doctor feels is causing your pain so a trip to the ER is not likely to be beneficial. Instead, review other treatment options with him/her.

Non specific: Might need more details to be specific. However could be skin condition or immunological condition. Better to see a good dermatologist - may need biopsy of the lump for diagnosis.

Is it black in color: Black moles are sometimes called Beauty spots. But they can be moles(if flat) and a changing mole needs a medical examination from a doctor. Since you have  noticed some swelling/irritation go see a doctor to make sure you do not have melanoma...a type of skin cancer that can occur even at a young age. Do not delay as it can be a serious problem, sometimes..most are benign and harmless.

Family practice : Is it painful or itchy. If painful have it examined. It itchy it may be treated with Benadryl (diphenhydramine)  and Hydrocortisone cream. If it looks like hives it's an allergic response to something. If if persists have your dr check it out.

See above for causes of gynecomastia . Rarely  ingestion of significant amounts of soy products can also cause gynecomastia. Would follow up with  MD

May reveal cause: Lymph nodes around your clavicle may indicate a lung problem, even lung cancer.  A chest x-ray would be the first step.  A chest ct scan would be a reasonable alternative but much more expensive.
