Should get better: almost certainly related to activities in a 19 year old.   Think about it,  have you recently done an out of ordinary activity with some out of ordinary exertion?  If not, and this problem continues, then go see your doctor and you can get this figured out and helped.   Zmd

Subjective: Could be part of ur anxiety. regular walking and fluid intake may help. massages. no drugs help.

Tight pants: What you're describing sounds like meralgia paresthetica. Also known as "calvin klein syndrome, " it is caused when tight pants compress the nerve going to the front of your thigh. The treatment is to wear looser-fitting clothing. If that doesn't work, you might have a neurologic problem, and you should see your doctor.

what causes severe pain in the calf and thigh muscles of both legs?

Lots of things: Severe calf pain can be due to intermittant claudication which you must address due to poor circulation.  Upper thigh pain can also be due to poor circulation especially if you are a past smoker.  Overexercise  which causes cramping, and lack of stretching may also be a cause.  Arthridities and neuromuscular disorders should also be addressed.  I would see your physician for a proper diagnosis.

i have a on and off itchy prickly feeling in both legs no numbness or anything i have thigh muscle that maybe pulled but dont think thats it what is?

Leg sensations: could be a disc problem in your lower spine.  you may need an MRI and EMG to see what the cause is.

No: Unless the pain was so great to cause you to hold your breath, the sartorial muscle is below the diaphragm and has no effect on breathing

Bursitis/Tendinitis?: If you are very active you could be having an overuse injury.  Typically, in the area you mention, a bursitis just above your kneecap or an inflammation of the tendons of your quads could be the issue.   A thorough review of your complaints, timing, onset, and duration plus a good physical exam will give you the answer.

my ankle is very hard and has been working its way up my leg in about a months time and i also have muscle spasms in both legs but my left leg is hard?

See a doctor: You really need to see a doctor. There are a number of possible issues here that i can think of but really cannot say without a physical examination. Time to get in to see your doc. If you do not have  a doctor, go to a medical clinic and be seen. This needs attention asap in my opinion.

See doctor : It could be bursa or bakers cyst but hard to confirm anything without examination. Please consult your GP .

are sense of nerves/muscles vibrating or twiching inside foot, part of rls ? i have been diagnosed with rls, i get this mini twiching of muscles/nerves in my both foot intermittently, i also get burning sensation in both legs occasionally in evening?

: The symptoms you have experienced are not typical for RLS, more of peripheral neuropathy. Do you have any other underlying medical condition?
