Cervix bleeding: Sounds like you are pregnant and had your cervix checked, bleeding can happen at the time of the examination, but now it has been 4 hours and if it is still bright red blood that means it is still bleeding. You should call the hospital and arrange to be seen to make sure you and the baby are okay.

Cervical position: Your cervical position is monitored during labor and as a tool to predict labor during pregnancy. Other than those situations little clinically useful information can be determined by subtle changes in the cervix.  It is not a reliable indicator that people need to follow at home. The answer is the same for someone with PCOS.

Don't: I recommend against checking your cervix: it's hard to do accurately yourself and doesn't actually tell you anything useful about your cycle. Beware of message board advice.  It certainly does not tell you if you are pregnant. Good wishes.

: HCG values are quite variable in normal pregnancies. Your level is in the normal range. You should repeat the test in 2-3 days and if the level more or less doubles, that would be good. Do not be concerned about the cervix.

Cervix: Cervical position has basically no bearing on anything except during child birth and orgasm. Orgasm as it changes position to be more available to accept sperm. Birth to allow for delivery.

: At "11 weeks" of pregnancy, the cervix may remain in a "low" position, but in a few more weeks, the enlarged uterus will be elevated by the sacral promontory and will not remain in the "low" position.

Common after child: bearing. It can worsen, requiring surgery. At menopause, when hormone levels drop, it can become much worse. Some level of improvement can occur, after delivery, but sometimes it gets worse. Kegel's are useful now and after delivery.

Unchanged: I'm quessing that you mean tilted cervix and are trying to conceive. You can still conceive in any position and do not need to use any particular position.
