Yes, but . . .: It would've been useful to know specifically what you took that you're calling a pain killer since there are many types available. Good news is that most, if not all, are not affected by coffee. However, this should've been something that your prescribing doc told you at time of your visit. If this is a non-prescription over-the-counter pain reliever, then none in States are problematic tho in UK?

No: Drinking alcohol is not a treatment for chronic pain.  There are risks to taking prescription pain medications as well.  If you are thinking of drinking to cope with your pain, it is important that you be evaluated by a pain psychologist who can better help you to cope with your pain.  Then, treatment by a pain specialist would be likely be more effective.

is there anything natural that u would recommend (besides pain killers)for quick relief of gallstone pain? i.e. lay a certain way, drink water, etc...

Yes: Get it removed  as you have symptoms if allowed may develop additional complications, removal of gall bladder is a relatively low risk ambulatory procedure , obvious other methods failed on you , speak to your doctor.

It depends: The diagnosis of persistent migraine is best made by a professional.   There are other "reasons"  for a bad headache which persists.   Pain pills should be the last resort for addressing migraines.   See your doctor about the diagnosis and your options.

In moderation: If you are not taking pain meds  and the extraction site is healing you can resume normal alcohol consumption (in moderation).   In a week the extraction site  has completed a significant amount of repair.  There should not be much bleeding or pain.

REST: Mononucleosis is well known and is caused by infection with the epstein-barr virus. It is important to rest, as fatigue is the number one complain of sufferers. There are some pharmaceuticals that some md's use, but i thin rest is the best medicine. Are you a college freshman by the way? A very high risk group for the virus. You will be fine.

Ulcer risk-Medline: The following factors raise your risk for peptic ulcers:

Drinking too much alcohol
Regular use of aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). 
Smoking cigarettes or chewing tobacco
Being very ill, such as being on a breathing machine
Having radiation treatments
A rare condition called Zollinger-Ellison syndrome causes stomach and duodenal ulcers.
