Early pregnancy: It is not clear what you mean by levels. If you are referring to blood tests you will need the basic blood work that is done during pregnancy. There are not specific tests that need to be tracked or monitored exclusive to an IVF pregnancy. A sonogram can be done to verify a live intrauterine pregnancy

Probably not: As president Franklin D. Roosevelt once said, in 1933 about 80 years ago, "... let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself..."   Medicine is full of uncertainties, so one must find a doctor to trust. If that doctor says don't worry, then one must not be afraid. A good doctor will let his patient know when the time comes to worry, no sooner and no later.

im 8 weeks pregnant with twins (ivf). y/day nausea disappeared. at 8pm i bled a bit. went to er and both babies have perfect hb and size on u/s. no more bleeding but also no nausea. viable?

Rest, be calm: Congrats on the pregnancy!  rest, think calm thoughts, keep your ob/gyn appointments, take your prenatals, and avoid alcohol and smoking.  I'm so glad for you that the nausea has alleviated.  If the babies have a "perfect hb, "  you are doing awesome!

Nausea most common: 2 weeks after ivf would make you 4 weeks pregnant. So nausea is the most common symptom. In general you should not feel anything still from the ivf with 2 exceptions. Some women can still have enlarged ovaries which can cause discomfort. And some women can be overstimulated which can cause bloating. But in general you should feel like a normal early pregnant women with some aches and pains.

I would not: Most miscarrage occurs in the first trimester.  Give it plenty of time to develop before you start causing stimulation and contractions for orgasm.

At 9: weeks the fetus should be easily visible on a technically adequate ultrasound, so if the dates are correct it is not normal.  Discuss it with your doc, and take care.

Ultrasound: It seems it would really be helpful for you to get an ultrsound in 2  weeks.  At that point, you might start to see something, a little gestational sac, for instance.  It's hard, and nervewracking, but so long as you are eating healthy, getting rest, decreasing stress and exercising, then all you can do at this point is wait.  It's normal to have no symptoms at this point in pregnancy.

Nothing serious.: Your are pregnant and your body is telling you to make adjustments like drink more fluid to accommodate increase in blood volume and to increase your calories. Increase fluids, fresh fruite and veggies.
