Depends: It is not uncommon  to spot or bleed  during early  pregnancy.  The  darker   brown  color  usually indicates  old blood  not  active  bleeding.  If you have not  been  evaluated,  however, you  should  be.  Normally  an  sonogram  and  possibly  blood test  will help  to  rule out  any problems  like  ectopic  pregnancy or  other  potential problems.

: The risks are mostly mild but I do not take the risk in the first trimester, especially the Omicron BA. 5 can escape both natural immunity and vaccination. By UPTODATE: infected women, especially those who develop pneumonia, appear to have an increased frequency of preterm birth (birth before 37 weeks of gestation) and possibly cesarean delivery, which is likely related to severe maternal illness.

Wrong question: Forgive my frankness. If you're really her friend, you need to ask, "What can I do to help my friend stop doing these drugs, so that she can be a decent parent?" The BEST thing that can happen is that her drug abuse will be detected, Baby put someplace safe away from a drug-abusing mother, and your friend getting clean. I can't help her, but perhaps you can. Not typical: At 7 weeks the pregnancy is very small and the uterus is not much bigger than it was before pregnancy. Some patients do feel different though. Schedule your first prenatal care appointment to make sure all is normal

Always possible: Having a period is usually a sign that you did not get pregnant that cycle. On rare occassions a woman can bleed despite being pregnant. 

But, if your periods are normal for you, i would guess you are not pregnant. Remember, there is a 15 percent chance of pregnancy each cycle you have sex during ovulation.

Abortion pill safe: The abortion pill is designed for pregnancies less than 8 weeks of gestation to be successful. The cramping is the normal process of evicting the pregnancy. use a prostaglandin inhibitor like Motrin or Naprosyn (naproxen) to alleviate the cramping.

Try colace, (docusate sodium) dulcolax: I am sure nausea and vomiting of pregnancy have contributed to this; avoid zofran at all costs, take Reglan (metoclopramide) instead; start with colace 100 mg \ 2-3 times/day and consider Dulcolax for obstipation. Milk of magnesia and lactulose are also gentle, safe choices for stool softening in pregnancy. Drink plenty of fluids and advance your diet to include fiber and grains, fruits and vegetables as tolerated.

At 7 weeks should: Be  able to see a htbeat , to be sure u can repeat the us in 7 days to confirm and then if it is not viable it needs to come out either with medication or d;c or sometimes a combination of both.

No: Throwing up blood is never normal (unless you drink it :-) ) even in pregnancy, you need to see a doctor asap.
