Not typically: Stomach virus tends to cause consistent symptoms for only a couple days. More serious bacterial diarrheas may last several days without interruption. Is there some sort of family discord on mwf that may be upsetting the child? If the pattern persists, see pediatrician for evaluation & thorough history to find the cause.

my 5 year old son gets really anxious in the car to the point he takes his seat belt off and throws things. he only does it when hes riding with my husband or i and his sister. his sister is not doing anything to him. what is this? it scares me

Needs assessment: This is dangerous to you and the child. I would contact his doc &amp; see if their is a child behavioral therapist that can help you sort out a cause &amp; work on improving the situation. At that size/age it will take some work to identify the triggering factor. There are special needs child passenger safety devices available when this problem exists. Contact a Safe Kids technician if this persists.

Yes: Children may vomit with the mucous and tears that occur during crying. They may also vomit or even hold their breath during temper tantrums. If your child is vomiting while having a temper outburst, keep the clean up matter-of-fact and don't give him a lot of positive reinforcement for it, or it will encourage him to vomit for attention.

Chidren's centrum: Besides vitamins, be sure to offer your child to healthy foods to taste without pressure or stress, its not important that s/he finish the food just taste.  Another tip is to have the child help prepare the food so it will be more interesting this requires some time and patience. Try to prevent food from becoming a  battleground, .

Protein replacement: Eggs are an excellent replacement. Try poultry, if he'll eat it. Milk, cheese, yogurt are also dources of protein. Lentils, beans and other vegetables are also good sources of protein.

Confusing question: Some foods (ice cream, popsicles) are designed to eat directly from the frozen state. Some (soup) would never be offered frozen but might be ok cold. Varies: Many children have wide ranges in how much they eat...Even day to day. Your child is complaining about food and has satiety without eating. He needs to be seen by your doctor. Sometimes constipation can do this. Sometimes gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) can affect eating. His symptoms merit a visit and further evaluation.
