What type of test?: If the test was for HIV nucleic acid and it was negative, it is good enough. If it was test for HIV antibody it is nearly good enough but you should repeat it in about three months.

: The symptoms of HIV are not caused by the virus itself, but by the immune response to it. The immune response produces antibody. Therefore, it is NEVER possible to have HIV symptoms if an antibody test is negative. You do not have HIV; but even if you did, it is not the cause of any symptoms you have now or will ever have in the future. No exceptions. Move on; no more question about it please.

HIV oral fluids test: ...is not quite conclusive at 4.5 weeks, probably about 90% reliable. Most current (3rd generation) HIV blood tests, including the rapid ones, are conclusive by 6-8 wk after exposure, 4th gen at 4 wk. Previous advice about waiting 3 months is pretty much outmoded. However, the oral fluids test sometimes takes longer. It's the one test that probably is not conclusive until 3 months.

HIV: Without knowing what your white tongue was due to it would be very unusual even for acute HIV infection to manifest itself 5 days after being infected. If you are being followed up, continue your testing. If you really want definitive confirmation of negativity you might get a PCR for HIV RNA. Good luck.

Yes, conclusive: All available HIV tests, including rapid tests, usually are conclusive any time after 6-8 weeks and always by 3 months. Your results prove you did not catch HIV during that exposure.

Yes: If the test was negative at 2.5 years after potential exposure, you can stop worrying about HIV. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
