Probably but why: YOu can probably take all this with little in the way of harm.  I feel that if you need the trazodone that is fine. The temazepam might be all you need. Would not use the tryptophan as the temazepam and the trazodone should be all you need.  I would skip the magnesium.

The GI system will convert tryptophan to 5 hydroxytrptophan to cross the blood brain barrier and then convert the 5htp into serotonin.  It does many other things in the body, but this is what it is most known for.
