A comprehensive exam and lab tests would be required to determine the cause of these symptoms and how many of them are linked.

Many things: Any number of infections, but strep throat often presents this way.Also gastroenteritis.Is there vomiting or diarrhea?To be sure see your pediatrician.

Time for an eval: This can be many things ranging from food intolerance to infectious issues. Rare things like Celiac disease can show up in kids with this pattern. You need to write down a list of all the symptoms and keep a calender of the frequency of events. Take it in to a scheduled visit with your doc and begin to sort it out.

It is not unusual to have altered stool color if digestion is altered by a viral infection, which could cause a fever and mild stomachache.  Black tarry stools are worrisome and need evaluation.

White/pale stools: White/pale stools can be due to abnormality in the bile system which includes the gallbladder, liver and pancreas.  There may be blockage obstructing the release of bile into the intestinal tract causing light stools.  Also antacids can turn stools pale or white.  Follow up with a doctor if the white stools persist.
