Sciatica: Women can often develop nerve compression of the sciatic nerve during pregnancy from the size of the baby. This could be a delayed reaction presenting now as the symptoms you described. Initially rest and ice is appropriate treatment, but you should see your Family Doctor if symptoms persist or worsen

Could be infection: A green vaginal discharge at any time could be a symptom of an infection.    It's best to see your gyn for an evaluation to be diagnosed properly.

You're anemic: This is to be expected. Your heart has to pump much more blood to get the volume of oxygen your tissues need. As a new mother, you owe it to yourself and your baby to find and treat the cause. If you are a non-supplementing vegetarian, please reconsider. Best wishes.

Evaluation : I do not think we would be able to guess without seeing the tissue. I suspect you passed some blood clot or some endometrial lining.

Irregular bleeding: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
