Possibly: you could be pregnant as coitus interruptus is a unsafe contraceptive method. there are other rare entities that can make a positive pregnancy test four months after a delivery, one of which is called gestational trophoblastic disease. two quantitative blood pregnancy tests and a transvaginal ultrasound will tell what's going on.
