Taking care w/ baby: Given that you have a baby-on-board, I would be proactive about getting you treated. You should go to the doc and get a diagnosis for the diarrheal illness. With some history, exam and lab tests, there should be some 'road map' to follow. Pregnancy causes your immune system to weaken, and you don't want things to get out of hand. A lot of things!: Loose stools can be normal in pregnancy. Back pain, definitely normal. Extra discharge, also normal. Irregular contractions, yes, normal. Always feeling bloated also normal.  If you're worried at all, doctor can perform a cervical length us to make sure your irregular contractions aren't leading to pre-term labor.  Good luck!

Pain: Lower abdominal and low back pain are common in the third trimester because your center of gravity is thrown off and you are constantly carrying around a significant extra weight. Some nerve impingement due to compensation in your posture can cause the thigh pain. Supports like belly bands and the BellyBra can help with these symptoms. Diet may be causing loose stools. Talk to your OB about this.

? infectious ?: My first thought with this history would be an infectious diarrhea like salmonella or shigella. There are other possibilities but I would want to know this first before jumping to an invasive procedure.

Reduced loose stool: Mebendazole can cause abdominal symptoms. Also consider inflammatory disease-, colitis from Crohns/ulcerative colitis, ileitis or infectious( camphylobacter),rarely missed appy.  Consider probioitcs,, stool culture ,abdominal CT . Did the U/S look at the ovaries? if not, would if all else negative.  Please follow up with doctor or gastroenterologist ,may wish to do colonoscopy.
