Change diet, or....: Well, you cannot treat the loose stool that's already out, but if you continue to have loose stools and this is something new, take a look and see if you've had any changes in your diet.  If that doesn't work, go see a doctor and discuss.  You may need to have some tests.

Could be normal: What's considered a normal bowel movement varies from one person to the next. In general, most people have it 3 x/day to 3 x/week. 4 times in an hour with loose, watery consistency sounds a bit unusual, but the important question is whether or not this is a new pattern for you or you have always had it this way. If it's something new, it could be diarrhea due to a number of possible causes.

Constipation: It is unusual not to have a bm in five days.  Is this a persistent problem?  If so, you may have slow transit constipation.  Therapy is indicated.  Work-up may include several tests to determine the appropriate therapy.  Consult a GI doc or colorectal surgeon.

Bowel spasm?: This is not uncommon.  You can try cutting back on greasy, fatty foods or whatever food seems to be the culprit for you, and increase the amount of fiber in your diet..  If you have a persistent change in bowel habits or any bleeding, see a gastroenterologist immediately.  And don't forget your colonoscopy when you turn 50--it could save your life.

Need more info: Changes in bowel habits are common.  Stress, diet changes, etc. can make your bowel habits change.  However, the bloating can be uncomfortable.  There are some over the counter gas medications that some find relief in, but also bloating could be a sign of food intolerance, and can contribute to excess gas.  Would need more info as to whether this is diarrhea or just softer stools.

Diarrhea ?'s : Diarrhea in pregnancy is usually a result of food allergies or viral/bacterial causes. See your OB physician for remedies.

: Several possible causes: pinworms (itching usually worse @ night);irritated skin from scented soap or detergent or frequent BM’s; sexually transmitted infection; psoriasis; or others.  You could start with gentle cleansing with hypoallergenic soap &amp; apply 1% hydrocortisone cream 2x/day for a few days but best to see Dr for eval if persists.

if i eat bananas in my diet then next morning i will have proper bowel movements but followed with some loose stool as well.
but if i don't eat bananas then i see the bowel movement is there but the poop comes out in small pieces. can someone suggest?

Stool : Ideally, your stool should come out soft and in longer pieces and not small  circular pieces. This suggests you need to eat fiber-rich foods daily for soft-form stool. Fiber-rich foods: spinach, oatmeal, broccoli. Suggestion: speak to your primary care physician for history/physical exam and suggestions or telemedicine eval. I hope this answers your question.
