No: A small amount of blood streaking in the cervical mucous is probably nothing to worry about.  If this were a recurrent problem, then a visit to your OB would be indicated.  Make sure that you still check a pregnancy test.

Take a test : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Tests are accurate: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

Irregular timing: of ovulation, is most likely the  reason,  delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late. Pregnancy sounds very unlikely.  See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues. This could be from PCOS, thyroid isssues, or hormone medications.

Missed period: This presentation sounds like you had an anovulatory cycle where you the egg was not released from the ovary, however the uterine lining, waiting for it has just been dripping down over the last three weeks. If this continues, see your health care provider.  Stress, weight loss, illness thyroid problems can all cause irregular or missed periods.  If you have not been sexually active, your safe!

Irregular periods ?: Firstly if you think you could be pregnant , check a home pregnancy test to rule that out. See your doctor for irregular periods. It's very common but need to be treated .

Hard to say.: Have you missed a period?  Are you breasts unusually tender?  Do you have "flu" like symptoms.  Do you have a feeling of pelvic fullness?  Do you have nausea?  Best way to know is to do a pregnancy test at home or if see your pcp or gyn and discuss.  Menses can be different and you not be pregnant. The reverse is true too!  just do a test!  be sure and be safe.  (watch out for the unprotected sex).

Doubt it's possible: To get pregnant with a prl level that high. Are you sure of the level? Has it been repeated? Taking any other medicines? You need to have that evaluated promptly.

Ptregnancy ?: Your comments suggest a "placebo week", which generally means one is on oral bcp's.  The placebo week bleeding is just withdrawal bleeding from very low dosage bcp's, so "one day of dark blood" is possible. A more accurate pregnancy test is a serum HCG test.  Do not miss starting the next pack of bcps at the end of the placebo week, or ovulation may occur !

Old menstrual blood: usually normal with hormonal mid cycle breakthrough bleeding. Monitor your cycles and call GYN for a full pelvic exam.
