Here are some ...: A 2-cm kidney stone with no symptom would not affect your ability to erect penis for sex. However, its potentially related events such as severe pain, sepsis, use of pain medications, etc. will temporarily affect erection to a degree. That is naturally expected in life. Remember: Life is a changing, adjusting process of constant struggle to cope with reality, certainty, &amp; uncertainty for survival.

Go to a urologist!: Stones that are that large can harbor infection and can cause lots of problems. Go see a urologist. They can possibly scope from the inside and break up the stones, use lithotrypsy to break up the stones, or even do surgery.

Doubtful: If the 3mm value was from an x-ray and you had a subsequent ct or ultrasound it is possible that the subsequent exam could have demonstrated a larger, but uncalcified matrix that would not show up on a plain x-ray.

Probably not worry: A shrinking of the kidney by 0.2 cm is probable within the technical errors of measurement. I assume you are referring to measurement on ultrasound which has considerable technical variations in measurement. Please see your doctor or a urologist regarding the obstructing stone.

Nephrolithiasis : Drink plenty of water. Catch the stone when you can and get it analyzed.  Let us know if its calcium oxalate or some other forms of stone.  Depending on the stone type, lemonade maybe beneficial. A blood test is advised.
