About 22 weeks ago: By convention we count the weeks of pregnancy from your last period, assuming a 28 day cycle.  You would have conceived about halfway through that cycle, hence if you are 24 weeks now you conceived about 22 weeks ago.

41wks pregnant, was due 4/18/14. conception calc says conceived 7/26-7/28. but, any chance i actually conceived in early to mid june instead?

Possible, However..: I suppose it's possible you conceived earlier than is being calculated, but i would also go by what your ultrasounds are saying as well. The size of the baby helps us date a pregnancy and figure out approximately how far along a pregnancy is and the due date, but sometimes this can be off a little bit. I am a bit doubtful that your scan would show a baby 41 weeks big if conceived a month earlier.

if i was 8 wks pregnant on ultrasound 12/18/14 when did i conceive ?  & was it accurate? cause i'm getting 10/19/14 conceiving date for 8wks

Understanding data: The difference between precise and accurate here. When I measure a length with a ruler I am always making an approximation. Was it 8 " or was it really 8 1/4" or was it really 8 3./16 or maybe 8 11/64" and so forth each time getting closer to the "true" length.  Similarly with the measurements made by the ultrasonographer he is trying to estimate the fetus' true gestatioal age.

See answer : Given your due date is based off your lmp, you conceived about two weeks after your lmp and hence you conceived about 29weeks and 3 days ago.

Your : Your estimated fertility window was 2/28/12 to 3/9/12 with an estimated date of conception to be 3/4/12.  Since these are just estimates, they can be off by a few days.  This means that either partner could have fathered your child.  Since you did use protection with partner #2, his being the father is less likely, but not impossible.

On week two!: It's a crazy system, but the forty weeks of pregnancy are counted from the first day of the last period. And that's counting on that perfect 28 day cycle! this means that you are really pregnant for 38 wks, not forty. So count back to week two - that's when you likely conceived. You have probably had an ultrasound by now which can firm up your dates reasonably well. Lgromkomd.

Nope.: Thyroid hormone supplements as prescribed by your obstetrician/midwife, endocrinologist or maternal-fetal medicine specialist are safe and even beneficial in pregnancy for both mother and fetus.

Sex on fertile days: With a 28-day cycle, ovulation happens around day 14.  That is day 14 counting from the beginning of a period (the first day of bleeding is day 1).  That is also known as 14 days after lmp, which means last menstrual period. If wanting a baby, start having sex twice a day on day 11, for a full 6 days... And enjoy those days, without thinking about pregnancy, babies or anything related to cycles.
