It : It depends on the size and characteristics of the adrenal mass and any symptoms you may have from the mass.  Larger adrenal tumors should be evaluated and often removed.  Smaller masses that have characteristics of a benign (non-cancerous) adenoma on ct scan are often observed, but may be removed if they produce abnormal amounts of hormones.  Functional adrenal adenomas can cause high blood pressure, which can be reversible if the adrenal mass is removed.  If you are concerned, you should get a second opinion.

No: Urine test can show presence of blood, crystals &amp; acidity or alkalinity or acidity of urine, in addition to quantitate calcium, uric acid, cystine or citrate. Former 3 can be elevated with metabolic stone disease. Findings may be suggestive, but diagnostic for stones. You need a kidney ultrasound, abdominal xray or better still an abdominal CT scan to demonstrate kidney stones.

: In order to figure out a diet the stone will have to be analyzed for components. Best now would be to maximize hydration to create pressure to eliminate the current stone and straining urine in order to be able to have it analyzed.

Kidney stones: Symptoms that may suggest kidney stones are : pain one side of the belly, nausea, wanting to urinate frequently, pain in lower part of belly, blood in urine etc. Do you have any symptoms? Just presence of oxalate in urine might  mean that your diet is high in oxalate.

Here are some...: Most likely, the trace-(+) finding of albumin is not clinically significant, i.e., not serious, but annual urinalysis for next 3-5 yrs as follow-ups for comparison is reasonable. As to the kidney stone of 3.4x3.8 mm, you may leave it alone as long as not bothering you since the odd to pass a stone of this size is high. More? Ask treating doc for personal specific counseling timely.

Likely normal : Hyaline cases are the most common casts seen in the urine and when found alone, usually mean normal and only indicate that the patient may have had somewhat concentrated (e.g. Not drinking enough water) urine at the time it was collected.

Not at all..: Acute kidney stone as it is passing down can cause some bleeding, thus urine testing for presence of blood and not stone. Many diseases cause blood in urine--bladder or kidney infection, tumors etc...So blood in urine does not necessarily mean stone. A spiral ct is an excellent test these days and can help detect where and how big the stone is. Consult your doc. Good luck.

Normal urinalysis: Epithelial cells in urinalysis are entirely normal, with increased numbers if the specimen is not carefully collected by "clean catch". They have nothing at all to do with kidney stones.
